Download Tellinet client for your operation system:
Windows version(ver 2.5.6): http://spectrumsat.net/downloads/tc-recv-windows.zip
Linux version(ver 2.5.6): http://spectrumsat.net/downloads/tc-recv-linux.zip
FreeBSD version(ver 2.4.5a): http://spectrumsat.net/downloads/tc-recv-FreeBSD4.11.zip
If you already have last software version of accelerator. You can only download configuration file if needed:
Configuration file: https://customer.spectrumsat.net/tellinet/
Extract downloaded files into the folder C:\Program Files\tc-recv (or in any other of your choice).

In the next steps of Tellinet configuration you need to:
1. Contact technical support or your reseller (dealer) and ask for Tellinet IP address for your account.
2. Download Tellinet configuration file for your account - recv.ini and save
it to the same folder where you unpacked tellinet archive (C:\Program Files\tc-recv).
3. Go to the folder with extracted archive, for example C:\Program Files\tc-recv\ and start Tellinet client - file with name tc-recv.exe.
After tc-recv started the Tellinet icon should appear in the system tray:

4. Enter your Tellinet IP address in TCP/IP settings of your DVB card.
Start -> Settings -> Network connections -> Open:

Right click on your DVB card and choose "Properies" from the context menu:

Select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list and press "Properties" button:

Select the "Use the following IP address:" radio button and fill "IP address" line
with your Tellinet IP address and set "Subnet mask" to 255.255.255.0.

Press OK button to save the settings.
5. Set proxy server 127.0.0.1 and port 9202 in proxy settings of your web browser. Below there is an example of adjustment Tellinet in Internet Explorer 6.0 browser.
Choose "Tools" - "Internet Options..." menu item:

Then you should switch to the "Connections" tab:

Click on the "LAN settings" button:

Here you should set proxy address 127.0.0.1 and port 9202.
Next you need to select your uplink connection name in "Dial-up and Virtual
Private Networks settings" list:

Now press "Settings..." button near connections list:

Here you should set proxy address 127.0.0.1 and port 9202 again.

To save more upload and download traffic customers have to set parameters max_receive_data_rate
and max_send_data_rate in the [etcp_parameters] section of recv.ini file.
Parameter max_send_data_rate should have value 95% of terrestrial link speed (upload).
Speed should be set in bit/s, i.e. for average GPRS connection it should be max_send_data_rate=7000
Parameter max_receive_data_rate should have value 95% of satellite link speed (download).
Speed should be set in bit/s, i.e. for 250 kbit/s connection it should be max_receive_data_rate=237500
Remember! Speeds setup are highly important for less upload.
Those who would like to get additional traffic savings should turn off use_http_prefetching option:
use_http_prefetching=off

To be sure that you really work via Tellinet accelerator check your IP address on page http://customer.spectrumsat.net/detectip.
If IP is equal 207.226.45.250 then everything is fine and you use Tellinet accelerator.
The file recv.log is used for storage of the debugging information.
If the start of Tellinet was successful there will be following records in the file:

or your DVB does not work correctrly or you have forgotten to register IP given by a support in DVB-card settings.
